Designed specifically for those with access to a full gym, the Marcy Program is laser-focused on equipping you with the muscular strength, endurance, and core stability vital for climbing the Adirondack High Peaks.

 

What to Expect in the MARCY Program:
  • Strength:  Training these hiking-specific compound movements will build top-end strength that propels you up the mountains like no other.
  • Grind Circuits:  The Grind Circuits merge “strength” and “conditioning” to simulate the same cardiovascular work you’ll endure on the trail.
  • Conditioning: Improving your heart and lungs so you have an easier time hiking the mountains.
  • Core Finisher: A strong core is necessary for those long miles with a heavy pack.
Equipment Needed: This program is designed with those who have access of a commercial gym (squat rack, leg press, trap bar, barbell, dumbbells, etc)
