This robust six-week bodyweight regimen is crafted for those seeking to climb mountains with confidence without the gym. You will engage in dynamic bodyweight exercises and rucking challenges designed to bolster the endurance, power, and stability needed for the rigorous demands of the High Peaks. This bodyweight-and-backpack-only approach ensures you can train anywhere, reinforcing your connection to the outdoors and preparing you for the trails.

What to Expect in the CASCADE Program:
  • Conditioning Circuits:  Merge “strength” and “conditioning” in circuits to simulate the same cardiovascular work you’ll endure on the trail.
  • Strength: Build your strength and conditioning level for hiking using just your bodyweight and loaded hiking pack.
  • Zero Equipment:  No gym equipment needed, just your favorite hiking backpack.
  • Weekly Rucking Challenges: Load up your hiking pack and start walking to build your legs, lungs, and work capacity.
